McDonald's in Memmingen

All good, even in Corona times, Mc Drive and order in advance via the Mc Donald app and pay right away, really great.

I ordered something with liferando and I got my homstyle crispy without meat ? all 3 pieces were old ..

Well, with 3 orders there was something missing in each. Had to turn around again and then briefly discuss, but then very friendly.

Placed an order via the McDonald's app to pick up in the drive through. First was given the wrong drinks, and then as we left the drive through we noticed that the food order was wrong as well. When we went inside, with the receipt (which was correct), to get the food we were treated rather poorly as if it was our fault that we received the wrong food.

I use the MC Donalds app very often in different branches. Choose, order and pay with Master Card. Actually works great. Except in Memmingen and have done so several times now. The order is recorded in the system, but you then get the answer at the checkout or statement that it has not been paid and you should pay in cash. I then demonstrated again at the cash desk how I order and pay ... strange, then it works all of a sudden ... if someone comes along and gives me a sloppy answer to my question whether I have to pay twice now ... .absolutes no go. PS: and again unordered or wrong things were packed in the bag. Well, there are other MC Donalds in the area ...

Something is always missing and the service is getting more and more unfriendly, slowly, really not normal anymore

Unfortunately, a very unfriendly staff on site. At the moment I can understand that the job is not always easy, even with customers. But it is particularly important in sales to treat your customers sensibly.

Very tasty, just a shame that the screens didn't work

Breakfast on Sundays and public holidays until 11:30 is available everywhere and at 11:05 despite the fact that we pointed out that it is so, we were no longer given breakfast. Didn't feel like discussing any more.

One employee is very unfriendly. I waited 15 minutes for my meal and the lady said "I've already done it!" Unfortunately I didn't get any food. If you could have said something more friendly and I will probably know whether I have already had my meal or not

Food is mcs but it's always warm, sometimes the fries are slack, but otherwise really nice shop manager and yes

There is so nice stuff that I wish to come again.

During my visit, there were a lot of people, I rate 70 people, all one on top of the other, most of the staff without masks (because of the movement) I can't imagine otherwise, they didn't pay attention to it. The data was not collected, as is usually the case in other restaurants. Overall not nice and if I got infected with the virus it is impossible to inform potential vectors who have had contact with me.

Don't wait long if there is no queue ... the food is done fast

A little small parking lot, which is why we mostly use Drive In. Otherwise everything is fine. My favorite "Big Tasty Bacon" .??

regular old McDonalds, 4 stars because there is no 'build your own burger', therefore no law carb burgers are possible

It's a McDonald's, no surprises here. The signature burgers are quite good, and you can also have a nice Italian style coffee and a cake or a cookie with it.
